I’m not sure how l would have got thru the roof ordeal without Mike Trenkle… he made the roofing so easy, and explained everything! From the insurance, the shingle choices thru the actual roof being installed! I also can’t say enough about his crew, they were polite, professional, and knowledgeable not to mention fast!! They picked up and left the area completely clean and were meticulous in making sure there wasn’t so much as one nail left behind! I have recommended Mike to my daughter for her new roof! Thank you again for the great experience!

The service was great. Brett Woods has taken excellent care of us and always communicated if there were any delays. I will definitely recommend American Roofing and Brett to all my family and friends!

Great work and professionalism by the entire crew for roof replacement, gutters, siding repair and more. Appreciate Brendan, Mike, Jason, and especially back-office Accounting Jenn! Thanks all for going above and beyond to get this closed out before the sale of my home.

Michael took time to explain my project; looking forward to receive email tonight.

We have an old roof that needed to be replaced. We were not sure where to start in locating a roofing company. A friend of ours told us about this company that did some work on their house and were very professional and easy to work with at a great price. We contacted them they were out to our house right away to do an estimate. They worked with our insurance company and kept us informed along the way and replaced our roof and had it all cleaned up in one day are the financial obligations were easy to orchestrate. We couldnt be any happier. This is the first Google review that I have ever left. Im doing that because when I googled a roofing company. They did not come up. Im hoping that you find them when you do your Google search when you are in need of a roofing company you cant go wrong with them.

American Roofing just completed my roof, siding, and painting from the storms a while back. The roof crew did a phenomenal job getting rid of a faux dormor above our bay window which caused a leak in my ceiling. All staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Brendan Peterman and Pat were very helpful in the entire process. Thanks.

everyone was fantastic, very helpful and courteous!! All involved , were very professional and did their job well!! Thank you all for a job well done!!

Our project took much longer than expected due to several issues, including a lack of communication and follow-up early in the process. While it was a frustrating experience at times, I appreciate that the company ultimately made things right. I especially want to recognize Michael Trenkle for stepping in and taking ownership of the situation. He was honest about the mistakes, kept his word, and worked hard to make sure everything was completed properly. His professionalism, integrity, and commitment to resolving the issues are the reason I chose American Roofing in the first place and the reason I can now leave a positive review. Thank you, Michael, for following through and seeing the project to completion. Your dedication and customer service did not go unnoticed.

Great experience! Very professional!

I needed some work done quickly, and called American Roofing and Exteriors, they came out quick gave me a very fair quote and got right to work, a very professional company I highly recommend!! Great Job!!

American Roofing & Exteriors. I cannot express how thankful I am for the services provided by this company. Throughout the process there was no confusion or miscommunication. They were clear and followed up while being very helpful and informative. We appreciated their patience as we were navigating the process and had many questions. The communication, craftsmanship, customer service provided was very appreciated, especially with past experiences with other companies making us cautious. Thank you guys!

Great company, every person I spoke with was kind, very professional, went above and beyond, and you can tell they have their stuff together within their company due to the way they communicate so well. What a great experience. Will definitely use in the future as needed.

Best experience, great result, fast, easy, friendly service!

They do such amazing work

Love them they were very affordable with excellent quality and service will definitely be using them for any other roofing or siding needs in the future

Julios installation team treated our home with respect: they greeted our dog, laid down drop cloths to protect the floors, and finished ahead of schedule. Truly impressive.

The patio enclosure feels sturdy and was built with great care.

Excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend them.

When I requested an in-home estimate, Jorge arrived promptly, measured everything down to the last inch, and provided a clear, transparent quote with no hidden fees.

Mark Pearson is very professional and thoughtful so that very helpful. Its a very pleasant experience working with him. I highly appreciate!

I was pretty devastated when our tree fell on our house and caused so much damage. Thank God I had American Roofing and Exteriors to help with the process of putting my poor house back together again. Thank you so much!!!! You guys did a terrific job.

Highly recommend American Roofing! I had serious soft spots on my roof, including shingles coming up and many hail spots from a storm. They quickly came out to tarp the worst spot. Installed a new roof and gutters. Very professional and worked with the insurance adjustor to make sure they saw every issue that needed replaced. Highly recommend Mike and Patrick! Answered any questions as they came up and kept me informed through the whole project. They went above and beyond with the insurance company and explained all the pricing and details. They also gave me a few addresses to check out, as I couldn't decide between 3 colors of shingles. Also, the pricing was very fair. Both teams of roof installers and gutter team, were great, taking every effort to clean all the debris from my house. Huge difference on my house! Recommending them to all my friends.

I love My Roof very professional workers I have recommended Them to My Family members..

Once the problem was identified it was fixed correctly and completely. Great communication and follow up. Michael G.

They were very easy to work with with no high pressure. They handled everything with the insurance company which made the whole process super smooth. The cost to us was acceptable and they did a great job. If I had to do it all over again, it would be with American Roofing & Exteriors.

Everything was fabulous from the 1st call that was made, the estimate, the work and the follow-ups. Love the price/value/quality matchup, low cost, great...

Amazing customer service!!! Amazing install team. Overall amazing experience 10/10 highly recommend to everyone!!!

American Roofing and Exteriors did an amazing job on our roof and shutters. Mark was open and honest from the quote to completion. Joe kept us informed of any details such as materials being ordered and delays due to weather. We are very pleased with A.R.E and wouldn't hesitate to call them back for any future repairs or remodeling needs.

Staff is super helpful and responsive. Thanks to Patrick and Ben for your help.

Gutters were great. Roof also looks good. Minus 1 star for messing up some flashing and counter flashing on the front of my house. Sent a guy out to fix it and it looks better, but still messy

I recently had American Roofing & Exteriors replace the roof on my commercial property, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Their team delivered exceptional service from start to finish. The work was completed swiftly without compromising quality, using top-notch materials that have stood the test of time. What truly set them apart was their extraordinary customer service; they were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend American Roofing & Exteriors for anyone in need of roofing services. They exceeded all my expectations and earned every one of these five stars! Jamie G.

Amazing very helpful.

Recently had a roof repair completed on our commercial building at Graniterra! I can't say enough good things about my experience and Mr. Matt Woods, he's worked tirelessly to ensure our roof repair was completed correctly and in a timely manner! Thank you American Roofing & Exteriors!

Thank you so much for the 4 repairs on my super pitched roof. Even tho the color was a little off, it will protect my house & it matches close enough!! Thank you again, and for the good price Matt Woods!!!

Matt Woods of American Roofing and Exteriors doesn't only do quality work. He's a caring and conscientious man who believes in serving and promoting his associates, customers and his community.

This company is very professional and does what they promise to! They also offer very competitive prices! We will absolutely be using AREI again!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Did a perfect job. 15/10 would recommend

American Roofing consistently provides outstanding customer service. Their installers are very efficient and hard working. I highly recommend American Roofing for any project you may have in the future!

American roofing is very knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch.

Excellent communication. Great follow up from our salesperson.

Roof inspector was knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions.

Our home received damage from Derecho 2020 in Cedar Rapids and a few signs of this company were placed in neighbors yards so we decided to give them a call. We are very thankful that we did! In a different time and era our house would have been sided sooner than it was, so I do caution customers to have patience and do not fault a company for circumstances that are out of their hands (i.e. material shortages, shipment of receiving of materials, etc). This company communicated very well with us through the backorders of siding in several different colors and also the reasons (supply/demand, COVID and Derecho). They worked very well with our insurance company to the point that it made our involvement with insurance smooth as well! Their siding crew is amazing! Some of the acrobatics (yes, I will call it that because I'm terrified of heights and they were all over a 12 pitch roof with no fear) was superb. The level of detail and care they put into our home will be forever evident for years to come. The seams of the siding are PERFECTLY lined up like stair steps (which pleases my inner need of neatness and uniformity). We look forward to working with this company again to replace all of our windows! NOTE: The pictures are to show the siding, ONLY. We still have have the roof/gutters and garage outline left. The roof is from a separate storm (hail, April 2020) with a different home insurance company and the garage outline is with a separate company as well.

We just had a roof installation completed by American Roofing and Exteriors. Our project from start to finish was guided by project manager Brett Woods who was fantastic to work with. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and especially the great job the crew did of clean up.We would definitely recommend American Roofing and Exteriors if you are looking for a roofing company.

Brett did a wonderful job from start to finish! He made sure to inform me of what needed to be fixed and even helped me to call my insurance to file my claim. He came out and met with my adjuster and helped get my claim approved for the new roof. He was very knowledgeable about every question I had during the process too! Once my roof was finished, he came the same day to make sure everything was done right and also checked that everything was cleaned up from my driveway. I am HIGHLY satisfied with the service I received! From now on, I will recommend American Roofing and Exteriors to my family and friends, the whole experience was stress free and I cannot thank you enough for such beautiful work!

American Roofing and Exteriors (ARE) performed a complete roof replacement at my residence. From the first meeting to the completion of the work, the service was outstanding. The salesman that presented ARE's products and services was very knowledgeable and the office staff very responsive to my follow-up inquiries. Updates on pandemic-related production delays were communicated on a regular basis. The installation team did excellent work and left the yard and work area clean. A management-level employee stopped by several days after the work was done to conduct a quality-control check. I was very satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

This is a Great company! Quality and price were as promised. Salesman Brett was great to work with. A completely satisfying experience

USAA referred us too AREI for inspection and roof replacement due to storm damage. I'm glad they did. Steve was the rep we worked with, he made several trips to insure the USAA adjuster was aware of all areas that were damaged. He came by during installation to make sure the workers were doing the job properly. AREI sent an inspector after the job was complete to check and make sure everything was done correctly. Office staff very cooperative. Overall we are extremely happy with AREI and highly recommend them.

We had a new roof put on with American Roofing and Exteriors. Not only did we get a new roof, we got new gutters and gutter guards!! Plus they put on facia around our windows and facia around our chimney. Our insurance covered it less $1000 deductible. This company is very reliable, friendly and they cleaned up everything after they were done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a new roof or exterior to their home. Thank you American Roofing and Exteriors!!

Jason Diesel was awesome

Great company. They came out, (for a free inspection and estimate) checked my roof, gutters, etc. They also contacted my ins company for me, gave me a break down of the costs of everything and explained all. The roof was replaced in just a few hours. They left no trace of them being here, as in they cleaned up every last piece of the old roof they took off. Fabulous. Thoroughly impressed and happy with the quality of the work and employees of American Roofing.

The only problem I had was trying to get a start date, it kept changing. But once they finally got started work went very well and I am satisfied with the finished product and I would use them again.

If I have a problem I call and they come right out and take care of it

We had Americian come out to give a bid on new siding for our home. We are pleased with the work, they finished in 2 days. I did not give 5 stars because I continue to find nails and scraps. I have found over 50 nails.

I needed to replace a roof on my house, I called American Roofing on the recommendation of a friend. Brett came to look at the roof, he made some recommendations, I agreed and signed a contract with American Roofing. They came to my house on the agreed date. They did a fantastic job, cleaned up after they were done. I appreciate the quality of the workmanship and professionalism of Brett. I would use them for any future roofs.

James went above and beyond in making our new roof possible. He worked diligently with our insurance company and communicated with us every step of the way. The office staff were helpful in scheduling and the roofers got the job done in a timely manner. A great team to work with!

AREI did an excellent job on my homes roof & soffit/fascia repairs. They were on time, quick with an excellent price. They performed 100% clean up as well as walked me through their work performed. I highly recommend AREI

The work done was quality and looks very good

The estimate process was quick and accurate. Once scheduled, the crew showed up and as promised were completely cleaned up and finished in one day. If I ever need roof work done again, this will be the company of choice.

The customer service during this process was excellent. When the roofers got to my home. They worked nonstop. They actually got it all done in one day versus two days. Awesome overall.

Were very pleased with the final outcome of our new roof. But were equally pleased with the level of service we received - in particular from Joe Woods, who helped us navigate the process from beginning to the end. His professionalism and courteous manner made him, and by extension American Roofing and Exteriors, a joy to work with. Were already considering which future projects to tackle next with them.

Wonder full customer service. FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH MY ROOF IN A TIMELY MANNER. It was wonderful dealing with them!

Brett was my primary contact, the communications regarding the estimate, meetings with my insurance adjustor, contract, payment terms, statement of work and all related project details were handled in an exemplary manner. This was one of the most positive experiences I have had over my life time with a contractor. The final product, my new roof was outstanding. I would have no problem recommending this company to any of my friends, family or colleagues.

My wife and I were recommended to use American Roofing & Exteriors by our insurance company as part of a claim process. AREI did a very good job along the way providing excellent communication from Joe Woods. The job itself was completed quickly with no issues and very good clean up afterwards by the crew. In short, I would definitely use them again should the need arise for any roofing needs.

I am pleased with the professionalism & customer care that I received from Joe Woods & AREI! They are diligent and patient to make sure you understand the process. Our 30+ year old home looks great!

Salesman wss very knowledgeable . Promised time frames that didn't come true but when the process was done the jbstlli went grret . In, out and cleaned up in one day as promised. No issues with windows so far .

Great company and staff from entry to owners. Friendly service that addresses client's needs from minor issues to emergency storm restoration. Fantastic attention to details. recommend always!

I'm working on getting bids on a metal roof for a business. While we haven't made our decision yet, I can honestly say that their customer service has far and away been the best of the five companies we've dealt with. If the prices are comparable, they've got our business.

They did great job, doing all that was expected, even if it was not super clear in the contract. I especially appreciate Casey, who was very good to work with, addressing any little concern or problem quickly, even fixing a small problem caused by me after the job was finished and paid for. Thanks.

Six yeats ago AREI put a new roof, soffit & fascia and gutters on our house. They also replaced some siding. Our experience with this company has been great! They did excellent work, got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up well afterward. Also, their customer service is amazing! They are very friendly, attentive and get back to you quickly. We recently had a small repair job done. Dan Miller came out and took care of that for us. He was very kind and professional. We highly recommend American Roofing and Exteriors!

Amy did a wonderful job in answering my siding questions!!

It was a great experience! The 3 gentlemen came right when I was told they'd be here and they worked diligently until both of our windows were fixed! Then they let me know they were done & we're on their way! The windows look & work great!!

American Roofing and Exteriors is a great contractor to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Brett took great care of me. I could not ask for a better company to put a roof on. He took care of all insurance issues and I just sat back. Guys who did the roof were nice clean and got the work done fast.

American Roofing and Exteriors put a roof on my house which is a brick 2 story in the city. It's right at 100 years old, and has a flat roof. Initially there were some leaks, but they worked with me until we got it right and took care of everything! Matt made it right!

American Roofing has done work for me at three locations, two business and my home. They kept at it until they found a pesky drip at my house. (It was one of the roof vents.) They have done small jobs and large jobs for us and worked with our insurance company to fix a major flat roof replacement. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Timely. Fair. Very pleasant staff. Warrantied Quality.

Thanks Matt and your American team for the great work you've performed for each of the clients I've referred to your company. Everyone has been more than pleased with your services and the on the job courtesy your folks have shown them. Coach Hammer HB2 Performance

They did an excellent job replacing our roof. It was even better than expected. The salesman, to the roofers - everyone was professional and extremely nice! They even cleaned up when they were finished!

Quick, affordable and did an AMAZING job! The staff, from the ladies on the phone, the roofers and even the owner are so nice and helpful, they definitely exceeded my expectations!

Great job

American Roofing installed my roof awhile back. They did a great job and cleaned up at the end. Great company and the owner is a good person.

American Roofing is a great company. They fixed the roof on our business in Barnhart about 10 years ago, and we haven't had any issues since then. Matt, the owner, is an honest man and works hard to see that the job is done right.

Friendly, reliable, fast service. I had my roof replaced by American Roofing & Exteriors St Louis about a year ago. Had a small issue about 2 months ago and they were out to look at issue within one day, and repaired the issue fast. This company stands behind their work!

American roofing was prompt, courteous, and provided full detail on my rental property roofing issues with options for solutions. They also provided service after the sale. They were excellent at follow up and follow through - a company that displayed incredible integrity.

I have personally reviewed their work on several projects, from siding to roofing, and found them to fulfill expectations. Prompt and responsive to concerns. A+.

American Roofing is a great company with great people.

We recently worked with American Roofing and Exteriors for a new roof for my mother-in-law's home, and we were extremely pleased from start to finish. Howard from American Roofing was very helpful and attentive. He listened well and was patient when helping us and answering questions. He kept us informed throughout the project. Even more than American Roofing's exceptional service, the workmanship was excellent. The cleanup was also prompt and thorough. We are very satisfied, and we enthusiastically recommend American Roofing and Exteriors.

Great experience! Matt's team was fast and professional, and I was pleased with not only our new roof, but also with their post clean. Thank you American Roofing & Exteriors!

American Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Everyone was pleasant and professional from the salesperson to the installers. They showed up when promised and finished in a timely manor. The installers did a great job cleaning up and we have not had any issues. We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful roof. I would strongly recommend American Roofing to anyone in the market for a new roof.

American Roofing did great work for us. They helped us navigate the insurance processes and provided a thorough description of the roofing work we needed done. They completed the work quickly and cleand up the site well. When a piece of our facia wouldn't match they replaced the whole section. They even followed up a couple of additional times. I was very pleased.

American roofing and exteriors is a very professional Christian company. I had a good experience working with them. They have great workmanship, superior product, price, and cleanup. I would Highly recommend this company.

These guys were great. Timely, accurate, and great cleanup after the job was done. Highly recommend them for your next roof. The job was done just as the sales person told me it would be. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful.
